Step It Up Ministries is a MAT (Medication Assisted Treatment) approved housing, which exists to help create stable and self-sufficient households in our communities.
Our goal is to provide short/long-term safe housing throughout the Polk County area for women that are most vulnerable.
Step It Up Ministries work to provide refuge for placement away from life's traumatic situations such as Opioid addiction and abuse, domestic violence, psychiatric disorders.
Step It Up Ministries has tasked themselves with changing these unhealthy cycles that lead back to the recidivism of relapse, jails, prisons and or overdose. Supported recovery entities after treatment are continued Out-patient counseling, NA/AA, Bible studies, along with Celebrate Recovery involvement.
As a MAT supported home, we provide a secure comfortable refuge for the vulnerable women we serve to securely reach their personal goalswithin the MAT program with overall fewer incidents of misuse or medication diversion in the home.”
